Presentation of Labour Party

The Partija Rada (Labour Party or Workers' Party) was founded on 27 March 1992 by Vlado Dapcević (1917-2001) as a secession from the Communist Party of Yugoslavia. The party claims the reunification of the former Socialist Yugoslavia. It is often labelled as Stalinist. The "maximum program" of the party, adopted in 1997, is available in English.

Flag of the Labour Party

Title VII of the Statutes of the party says:

SIMBOLI PARTIJE
25. Simbol Partije je krug sa crvenom petokrakom u sredini. Ispod kruga se nalaze pocetna slova partije - PR.
26. Zastava Partije je crvena sa petokrakom zvezdom u sredini.
27. Himna Partije je Internacionala.

After images shown on the party website, I understand that the emblem of the party shall be a yellow star inscribed in a red disc with a yellow border, with the yellow letters "PR" below the disc. The flag is shown as red with a red star fimbriated yellow (that is, the star of the former Socialist Yugoslavia).
